SHIPPING INFORMATION

Wicked Sports knows you want and need your gear a.s.a.p., and we do our best to meet those expectations. Please contact us with any questions or special requests you may have.

 

SHIPPING TIMES

Most orders will ship the same day when placed before our daily cutoff of 1pm EST. We will ship orders placed after our daily cutoff the next business day. Orders place over the weekend will ship Monday. Any orders placed before a holiday will ship the next business day following the holiday.

It is possible to still ship an order after 1pm. Our daily pickup for UPS is later in the day. Please contact us if you need to rush an order.

USPS Express Mail  -  1-2 days 

USPS Priority Mail  -  1-3 days

USPS First Class Mail  -  3-5 days

UPS Ground  -  1-5 Business Days

 

RUSH ORDER

If you are in need of an order immediately, please contact us so that we can help meet your time requirement or to check current on hand stock.

 

DROP SHIPPING

We are not a drop ship online store! We keep a sizable inventory but from time to time we may drop ship your order directly from the manufacturer. We would do this if you are closer to the manufacturer than our store. This allows us to get the order to you quicker.

 

 

FREE SHIPPING

All orders over $19.95 are shipped free, we will ship via the most economical service which may include USPS, FedEx, and UPS.  Free shipping is valid in the United States only and excludes Alaska and Hawaii in some cases. In the event you would like to order from the excluded areas, please call or email us and we will give you a reduced shipping rate. 

Large gear bags and paintballs will only ship via UPS/FedEx due to weight restrictions.


OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We will not substitute or place your order on hold without notifying and receiving your permission to do so. Most out of stock items will be back in stock within 1-5 days.

 

When an order is placed with an out of stock item on the order, we can split the order at our cost. We will ship the in stock items and then ship the out of stock item when it returns.

 

If you choose to place your order on hold with us, we will ship the order as soon as the backordered item arrives.

 

If an item is not due back in stock for an extended period of time, we will notify you with other options. In the event this backordered item was purchased with additional items we will ship the in stock items and refund you or the backordered item.

 

BILLING ADDRESS

We only ship to the billing address of your credit card. If an alternative address is provided we will not ship to that address. This policy is provided to us by the credit card processing company and we cannot make any exceptions. PayPal/Google payment does not allow us to change address after payment has been made, please be sure to have the correct shipping address on your account when you place your order.

 

LOST/STOLEN ITEMS

Please contact us if you have not received your order within 7 days of placing your order. We guarantee all orders and in the event an order is not delivered we will refund or replace the order. In the event your order is deemed lost we may need to file an insurance claim, in this event the buyer will be required to sign a form stating that they did not receive that package. Once this form has been received we will offer a reshipment or refund.


PAINTBALLS 

We do not guarantee fill or shell colors on paint, the availability changes frequently. We will ship the closet combination to your choice. Paintballs will be opened and checked for breaks before shipping, we will mark all packages as fragile. We do not guarantee no breaks, however your paint will be shipped with insurance and any damaged package will be covered. We take every effort to have your paint arrive unbroken and ready to use. Paint is shipped via UPS/FedEx Ground only; this helps to keep our prices low. Expedited shipping options are available, but there may be an additional fee. Call us if you would like faster shipping.

There are no refunds or exchanges on Paintballs.


DEFECTIVE ITEMS:


All merchandise is checked for defects before being shipped. All items are sold new from the manufacturer and are covered by the terms of their warranty. In the event you receive a defective item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving item and will we determine how to handle a defective claim, which may include send the item back to the manufacturer.
