Returns

Wicked Sports wants you to be happy with your purchase, in the event you need to return an item you may do so within 30 days of receipt with a few exceptions.

 

  • All returned items must be unused
  • Tanks must not have been filled or installed on a marker
  • Barrels may not be installed on a marker
  • Protective film must not be removed from a mask or lens
  • All tags must still be attached
  • Original packaging must not be damaged
  • If item is received in a sealed package this factory seal may not be broken


There are no returns on the following:

  • Markers
  • Paintballs
  • Electronics – Eyes, Boards, Solenoids, ect.
  • Used Items
  • Special Order Items

 

EXCHANGES:

Wicked Sports offers exchanges with no restocking fees. You are only required to cover the shipping costs for the exchange.

 

RESTOCKING FEE:

Wicked Sports offers a few ways to avoid a restocking fee:

  • Exchange your item for a similar item or different size
    • You will only have to pay for return shipping
  • Return your item for store credit
    • Original shipping cost are deducted from your credit

 

If you decide to return your item for a refund, your payment will be refunded less a 10% restocking fee to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, we will deduct the shipping costs of your order in addition to the restocking fee.

 

If an item is returned in a condition other than brand new and ready to be resold your refund can include a restocking fee up to 50% depending on the condition it is returned in.

 

This includes:

  • Damaged packaging
  • Factory seal broken or tags removed/missing
  • Missing items
  • Used
  • Protective Film removed

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

All merchandise is checked for defects before being shipped. All items are sold new from the manufacturer and are covered by the terms of their warranty. In the event you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and will we determine the fasted way to handle defective claim. This may include sending the item to the manufacturer.
